I replaced all 16 windows in my home. It was a big job. There were a few hiccups but I called the owner and they fixed everything immediately and were very pleasant. I was very happy with the end result, the windows look good and the trim work looks amazing. They were very fair priced as well.

Kayla came to my house last fall and gave me a quote for 8 windows, decided this spring to have her come back and quote me a price for 20 windows. I felt the price was fair and therefore never got another estimate. The windows came in ahead of schedule and they were in and out in 2 days. We are very happy with the new triple pane windows installed and love the ease of opening and closing. So much easier to clean and they look great. Would recommend this business to my family. Thank you Kayla

Everyone that came to our house was very professional, very polite. Double measured the windows for accuracy. They said roughly 3 month wait for windows and installation. Called them back a month later just expressing concern about a window that shattered that they are going to replace. They called me back a couple days later said windows came in early and scheduled an emergency replacement with in a week. Very happy with this company and recommend this company for all your window needs. Just one thing to add who ever is sent to do your installation please make sure that you have all their work history details. The installer's we had were not good at all, very rude, disrespectful, angry, they did a very poor quality of work cobbed the job ect.

Window town installed 5 windows for us about a year ago and the finished work looked like children did the job. They walked in our home with wet shoes, smoked cigarettes on the outside of our home while installing the windows. Trim work fell off the windows, the windows were scratched and the calking was absolutely amateur. I was told the job was finished and to sign a little ipad, not being told what I was signing. When we started to inspect the work it was noticeable how bad it was - but because they were in such a rush to leave, it was too late to address. When we called Tom Swift, the sales rep - he came out the next day and came up with excuse after excuse. Stating we signed off on it - instead of clearly seeing how poor the work was. No real craftsmen would live by the βsign offβ but rather the craftsmanship. We fought them on the payment over the last year as we did not feel we should pay for such horrible work. Tom would call and text us inappropriately and sometimes late at night, seemingly in an altered state of mind. Finally it got so bad that he actually apologized for his behavior and he went away. We thought it was resolved until we looked at our bank statement , to f
